If you say the right things to the right people, you will be fine. Other than that, keep your mouth shut and keep working -Many GREAT employees have quit or been fired because their managers gatekeep information and power to the point where it's impossible to advance in the company. - Sincere concerns over specific managers have been flagged to HR and upper management countless times by awesome employees and have been completely ignored every time. If you are not on the side of upper management, pack your bags. - Management has zero career pathing for people and zero interest in helping employees grow and learn -This company is full of broken promises and excuses. Culture: - If there was a place with less culture than Marketron, I'd be surprised. This place is where dreams go to die. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER OF A COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. DO NOT WORK HERE. PLEASE.
