Pros

jewish holidays off if you're one of the few that doesn't have enough work to fill a normal week.

Cons

great for people related to the CEO. He favours friends and relatives over experience and loyalty.

Pros

- younger workforce - more chilled and laid back environment - good people - various projects to work on

Cons

- No clear vision at all from the CEO, way under-qualified for the position - Decisions are made without any real financial analysis, causing issues in the long run - Always shooting themselves in the foot because of wanting to save money or cut corners - shady and questionable business practices

Pros

The firm has grown at break neck speeds over a relatively short period of time. Lots of projects to work on and learn.

Cons

Very poor corporate culture. Employees are overworked and compensation is not in line with industry standards. Think lower end of the comp range. No work life balance, employees in many teams made to work during holidays and PTO. Leaders at the firm are a bunch of headless chickens. They lack clarity and are therefore unable to provide enough direction to their subordinates. Certain leaders also tend to employ sophisticated techniques to harass / bully employees if employees refuse to boot lick and work like a donkey. Even though the firm has 20+ development projects, they operate a lean team which is counter productive. The HR is non existent at this organisation. I had to beg her to add me to the Company's health plan even though this is a part of her roles and responsibilities. It takes multiple follow ups to get any help or response from the HR. The leaders fail to take notice of this and continue to encourage such behavior. The firm offers no real company benefits and any previous benefits being offered have been discontinued. You only get 2 weeks of vacation and need to take mandatory Jewish holidays even if you aren't Jewish. Standard across the industry is 3 weeks of holidays!
