This agency is a joke, they rip off their clients and don't pay their staff

- 100% remote so you got flexibility in your work - great team of smart and nice people - some clients are great to work with

Cons

- pay is ALWAYS late! Or nonexistent; almost all of my colleagues got ripped off to work for free for an extended period of time - CEO is barely there. She took like a 2 month "vacation" and never came back (don't get me started there, that's a whole movie in it of itself) - they rip off all these legit businesses with false promises - we sell "marketing" when we're just posting pretty pics; which legit biz just cares about that!?!?! - a fake like and fake follow service is used for clients, which is prohibited by all of the social networks - the founders are in legal trouble and there's so much drama and lawsuits going on

Home-based, you work in the comfort of your home but still stressful

Marque Media CEO and founder - Heidi Nazarudin 1. Unorganized company 2. Delayed salaries or no salary at all. Based on my other colleagues they've experienced 4 months or more of delayed salary 3. Since it home-based, there is no system on time management. No work life balance. Stressful because of high turnovers 4. Very poor management
