Most toxic work culture + FnF issues
Pros
Their interviews are pretty easy. if you get a good project there are chances you will learn new things but in a very toxic environment and pressure always being threated that you are very replaceable and we can fire you anytime.
Cons
they don't even have proper chairs to sit. we had to go and find for chairs in the morning. the only thing the company provided was a laptop which is half broken, keys are not working etc. very toxic culture. They don't care about their employees, they work you like a bull day in day out. I have seen entire teams getting and people getting fired without warning or nothing. Also they don't care about your FnF after you leave the company. they will say you'll get it in 45 days but they don't give you. the HR people don't even care they'll just say we'll see or its not in our hands. my final thought would be only join if this is your last option and you are absolutely in need of a job. otherwise its not worth it.
