Pros

Most of the employees are like an extended family. Job itself is pretty straightforward and easy.

Cons

Hours are said to be M-Th 10 hrs 6am-4:30pm but normally work 5- 10hr days. Management doesn't have a clue what they are doing or how to do the job and just point fingers and place blame elsewhere. Workload is by far not distributed evenly which causes A HUGE LOSS OF MOTIVATION and lost production. Told to use/plan you're days off wisely yet never get the extra day off to plan anything which causes employees to report off or take vacation days. When employees report off with paid or unpaid time everyone gets punished with mandatory OT to make up for lost production hours because you have to RO to go to your Dr appt. Can't keep good employees because Management is horrible at their job so the fault just trickles down to the floor employees . Long time employees are treated like garbage when in all honesty they are the ones holding down the fort. Offer a incentive bonus program that is unfair to say the least. Union is for the company not for the employees. The list goes on and on but I'll leave it at this.

Pros

Enjoyed most of the people I worked with. Friendly and helpful. The company will always be buying another company to bring in, so there is some job security.

Cons

The company does not promote from within. The longer you are there, the less respect you receive. Marsh Bellofram is a "Group of Companies" They run the divisions into the ground until there is little profit left to pull out of them, then they go buy something else.
