      Good kitchen Good benefits Hours/schedule If you're bad at your job, you can just stand and chat with management or bartenders Be friendly with higher ups, they will promote you

      GM gossips heavily Favoritism Good workers are abused Hiring pattern seems kind of prejudice Tip Pool is unfair and they know Bartenders can be insanely slow (it's very low volume) to hand you stuff that YOU pour Different rules for different servers
