      A supportive environment that encourages employee growth and communication. Small team that is great to work with and knowledgeable in their fields Employee volunteer days that give back to the community When cool projects they're really cool

      Work can be mundane as clients usually don't deviate in what they're looking for. What works for them works for them and they don't try to push the boundaries often. Healthcare can be pricy
