Run by chauvinist grumpy old white men who see women as inferior. Anyone that works hard is either let go or expected to do more than anyone else without any extra pay. Don’t get reviews or pay increases every three years maybe if that. Allows men to do nothing and move them to management positions while others do the actual work. Promote people that don’t know how to do the job their support needs. Use admin to do their personal errands on company dime. Christmas and thanksgiving are pot lucks. Biggest pet peeve was executives would get meals delivered to them almost daily on the companies dime, but employees who didn’t make executive money had to pay for their own lunches. 401k is horrible. Matching at 1.5%.

The long hours and low wages tend to be a draw back unless you are looking for a place to cut your teeth.
