Very toxic place to work

Pros

Pro it’s a easy job to learn

Cons

Marvin once was a great place to work but now it is a very toxic place to be senior employees. Don’t give the time to teach anybody how to do anything and on top of that management is very toxic. If you work hard, you do not get appreciated, but did you get the reward of picking up the lazy person slack, no matter how hard you try it will never be good enough all they want is more and more and more something that cannot be achieved and it’s a very backstabbing place to work my word of advice don’t even apply

Haven't missed working there for a second

Pros

It's not a company with a lot of high performing employees, so if you're looking to slack, you'll really love it there.

Cons

Narrow-minded, under-educated, narcissistic leadership. Nepotism. Low pay and sub-par benefits. Complete lack of training and development opportunities for employees. Claims to be family friendly but offered very little flexibility to employees unless they were lucky enough to have an easygoing supervisor who was willing to bend the rules.
