      - Flexibility in process - Can-do attitude - No political

      Cons

      - Short-term view and kind of out-of-date strategy - Poor Salary & benefit for employees who stay long with the company, but using very attractive packages to attract new hires. - Very very poor support on business trips - No clear process, takes too much inefficient time for paper work. - Family styles with not reasonable rules.
