Cons

There appears to be a strong tendency towards favoritism, particularly when it involves family members, which raises concerns about nepotism. Unfortunately, this has resulted in others feeling undervalued and treated unfairly in comparison. The organization has unfortunately lost several valuable employees, which seems to be a result of prioritizing LESS QUALIFIED family members over others. This has had a negative impact on morale and retention.

Pros

Fair pay for work based upon individual performance means you can advance at your own rate, not just based upon how long you've been with the company. Incentive programs are in place for most positions and allow for added income potential. There are great people across the company who are good at their jobs; this makes it a fun place to work. It has been in business since 1993, so it is a well established company. It is family owned and growing, so there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

All work is on-site. There are currently no remote work opportunities.
