Repeats phrases like "business moves at the speed of trust", "doing right by people", but then rips people off at the earliest convenience. Ask alot of questions before joining, consider working for a competitor to get a good understanding of the space. Product roadmap mistakes are swept under the rug, blame is placed on others.
