Unfortunately management don't value staff for their work, but for their personal relationship. You have to fight for you raise and promotion. Office politics!!!!!!! Big competition even where it shouldn't be. Difference in salaries in curtain positions (10K+). No real organization on projects.

They treat you like a McDonalds employee. You are expected to clock in and clock out. If you are late by 1 minute you are considered late for that day. And you cannot make up even if you worked an extra 3 hours on the same day. There is no appreciation for working late after hours. You will be told in the interview that you are entitled to 10 sick days, but using a sick day is frowned upon by the management. You are expected to work on the weekends and are questioned during the review process why you did not work on the weekends. In the review they ask you how many sick days you plan on taking the following year. Women bathroom is right in front of the Boss's glass office, which is complete infringement of women's privacy.
