if you don't have any choice plus freshie, just accept the offer can learn air pollution and environment sweet talker management
Cons
no benefit no medical coverage insurance especially when travel (pay and claim but not all claim can approve) hard to apply leave bias management, they don't care about you has increment, less than rm50..wkwk lazy to pay bonus. if possible, they don't want give bonus if any mistake, they just hear one side try to find other position

If no other job option, just choose this company Exposed to new career dev. Sweet talker

-no medical coverage -no insurance even go outstation -hard to apply leave (unless urgent) -bias. Management didnt care about your problem -has increment but not more rhan rm50...haha -bad time management -u compulsory follow management order even it is nonsense -mentioned bonus during iv and application but none Just resigned. Think twice before accept
