- Turbulent work environment - Non - Collaborative - Management easily angered & impatient - Gossip - If you make a mistake or don’t know something, you will be called/made to feel stupid. - Everyone I worked with was afraid of management and his temper. - Management would get in loud arguments while at work in front of employees making everyone uncomfortable. - I would dread going to work everyday. The days when management wasn’t there were the best days at the job. - Myself & my fellow employees were told to ask questions when we didn’t know something, but would still be treated as if we were stupid when we asked a question or for assistance.
