      Pros

      No pros.If you are badly in need of a job then you can join it for taking some working experience. Otherwise i do not recommend.

      Cons

      Work is similar, no new projects. Environment is bad , people are not very friendly, work pressure is lot. Doesn't let us take holidays. No benefits for employees. Very less salary, also they cut TDS despite the salary being very less and then tds amount is not given timely.

      Pros

      Simple work related to data and Data management. You will also learn about scraping and data cleaning.

      Cons

      Management is not that great. There dont perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on work, directly blames other when error is found in the work. Even the mistake of the Manager/Team Lead will be transferred to the lower class workers. after one year there is no scope of learning in the office. Below average salary is given to the employs, specially to the freshers.
