      Pros

      The benefits were the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE mismanagement. No accountability for workplace bullying. Constant gossip meant you had to be on guard all the time for the next time you would be reported to your manager for the most minor infractions. Image-obsessed about how the departments and company are perceived, so issues were glossed over daily.
