Cons
To give you an idea, the last 12 months, 10 peoples left the company. No Sales process. No sales strategy, the unique strategy they have it's pretty much jump into the air from a plane without "parachute". Forgot to mention the endless and useless sales strategy meeting every minute with the CEO to check our actions like a robot. Directors don't have any clue about sales, no experience, trust me they don't know how works the business. Some leaders will steal your leads and your ideas. After 10 years, the main leader still working like an intern, and is speaking a lot but as everyone knows more you speak less you know. If you like harrassement, micro-management, no professional people, long "sales meeting" on Friday afternoon to speak about any improvement, tracking any actions you do, any words you will say will be check by the internal police. The management always focus on the small tree rather than the forest. Salary are really low, between 20% to 30% under the market.
