Management is awful starting from the top down. Everyone is always under a microscope and micro management is insane. If you like doing more marketing things than sales if you like to get nit picked and asked to do meaningless tasks that take away from your sales time or to do the same tasks over and over because doing it just once isn’t enough then by all means sign up.
Pay is terrible you have a huge target and the commission is only about 1%. It is obvious this company only really cares about managements pay and the share holders (going public is what started this downhill slide within). Sure they do some get together and celebrations here and there but the real reward would be receiving competitive pay and maybe some incentive packages. Also it’s really not worth much to push sales above and beyond as even that payout is only around .5 percent. You are much better off just hitting each Q as you go.
All and all this is a great place to start a career but don’t stick around long or will notice with the way they keep changing the commission plans your W2 will go down each year while your sales target and stress continue to go up.
