It’s an absolute mess. Don’t expect for staff to stay long! It’s a revolving door. Office is always short staffed. Management is useless s there is no HR DEPARTMENT! The people in charge are rarely around and when they are around it’s nothing but lies! They will sell you a dream at your interview. Compensation is horrible they will pay you the bare minimum and expect you to do 5 individuals jobs. There is no security to protect staff from unstable individuals. No procedures or protocols! Everyone does whatever they want. Management plays favoritism. They tend to let their family and friends who are employed do the bare minimum while the rest of the staff are thrown all the work. No meetings or coordination with other staff. Any time there are business changes you will be notified until months after the fact. Office condition is disgusting!

The most unprofessional, fraudulent, and toxic place to work. They severely underpay their staff and overwork everyone. They employ drs that are mentally unstable, over prescribe controlled substances, and drs that have histories of sexual assault. The office is disgusting and filled with black mold. They do not provide a safe work environment for the employees- no safety protocols in place for a psych clinic with mentally unstable patients.
