Worked in support area, pay was very low, cultural divide between fee earners and support is toxic. Very obvious that MD and Partners do not value their HR or Support functions, it seems HR in particular have no power and are entirely administrative which cascades down into poor people management at all levels. No promotion amongst support staff. No bonuses. No training programmes. Made to feel like 2nd class citizen. Extremely hostile workplace. Atrocious pension scheme and no health insurance. Zero transparency.

HR and Management, distribution of profits would really increase morale by increasing the number of Solicitors in each group which would reduce the insane hours current staff have to work
