1. Horrible bullying culture nurtured by the president. 2. Horrible Quality. All customers sitting in the plant due to quality and inability to produce parts. 3. total incompetence in executive management. 4 . Mantra was works/life balance, but actual expectation was to work 60/70/80 hours a week performing jobs other incompetent managers could not do and president didn't have the knowledge how to correct. 5. an OSHA nightmare should they be called. - Injection molds falling out of the presses. - no press PMs so they overheat and leak oil all over the plant floor. 6. too much more to list.

-Wear many hats -Everyone is over extended and generally unhappy -every task seems to be an emergency
