Matrix isn't that great. They are a sneaky company who constantly make up rules to adhere to on top of whatever's been imposed. They have numerous employees who constantly get their schedules changed out of their own will, therefore negatively affecting those who prefer routine/set schedules for those who hold another job, go to class, volunteer, etc. They are disorganized in terms of communication to its employees on top of its pay, therefore causing people's pay to constantly miss people's hours. They make you fill out mindless paperwork as a process to repay those missing hours that should only have payroll take care of that instead of the employees. The company will also lie to you about the little bit of benefits that consists of health insurance, PTO, flying benefits (if any from the airline you represent). When in reality, you get nothing if most employees get less than 40 hours/week (full-time), in addition to garbage healthcare.

Absolute lack of respect from upper management, crazy hours. And you have to watch your paychecks as they tend to "forget" about extras you worked. Also they change the terms of your agreement without noticing you or getting your consent (including health insurance, which you waive, and suddenly learn you are paying for although you have never asked for and or agreed to).
