      Pros

      Being able to work on some of the most unique and challenging projects. The company does have many talented employees that are the best in the industry to learn from. The company does have experience in what it does and the drive to be fair with their clients.

      Cons

      The Company is profit driven. There is no compassion for their employees. The Company will put profit ahead of employee well being. Employee morale and satisfaction are at an all time low. The company treats one being employed there as a privilege and not a place for growth and personal achievement. Expectation from one is great, but the rewards are few and far in between.

      Pros

      The company is very good at what they do, so a lot prestigious projects and good experience is attainable Compensation is a little above average plus a considerate bonus at the end of the year Around lunchtime a few times a week they hire a fitness instructor to come in and they have a small gym and a shower. They were looking into yoga when I left The back office staff are really great people

      Cons

      The Matt family is awesome but some of the hired executives like the President and CFO aren't what you would call the friendliest or most caring people A lot of the back office processes are done exactly the same by everyone, so if one person is sick somebody else can jump right in, which makes sense but kind feels like being micro managed

      Pros

      Iconic projects, training programs to support younger staff, average to above average pay scale with ESOP program.

      Cons

      Cloak and dagger executive culture, lack of honesty/integrity. Company processes lack efficiency. Executive staff has questionable knowledge of means and methods/logic. Exhibits unethical employment practices. Nepotism is frequent throughout the company.
