      Toxic , manipulating environment. RUN!!!!!

      Pros

      This company used to be incredibly inspiring when the original founder was running the company. Now that Manny, the current CEO took over the business I cannot say anything good about it.

      Cons

      Psychological harassment Overworked Family owned, no system put in place for workers rights Inappropriate sexual comments I cannot describe how terrible the energy is at this company.

      A small company with problematic management

      Pros

      - monthly potluck - nice and friendly co-workers - health benefits - many sicks days allowed - small team - feels like a "family" - food treats

      Cons

      - poor management of staff and daily tasks - lack of organization - last minute impulse decisions instead of proper planning - overtime is expected - if you don't do overtime you will get a warning - employees fear management - feels like a dictatorship more than collaboration - micromanaging is common - no need to think for yourself, someone will do it for you - favouritism, abuse and rudeness are well tolerated - some people are treated better than others - mostly young, unexperienced people are hired - very fast turnaround - people leave often and are replaced quickly - salary below expectation - no air conditioning in office - not allowed to bring any animal product foods at the office - forced veganism - many things are done with force - no free will - lying

      CEO is unethical, only cares about money, spread lies to consumers, several girls were victims of sexual harassment.
