This place is a sinking ship. Firm AUM is down significantly and firm is totally unstable. I do not see how this place could ever be turned around. I do not think there is a single thought put into sales. Portfolio managers consistently underperform. The only feeling you get when in the office is that the firm is desperately hanging on. Sad place to be.

Good healthcare benefits for employee and family

Cons

Poor management and culture. No career development unless in early stage of career. Very bad HR - don't listen, don't respond (which is pretty alarming)
