This place is a sinking ship.
Firm AUM is down significantly and firm is totally unstable. I do not see how this place could ever be turned around.
I do not think there is a single thought put into sales. Portfolio managers consistently underperform. The only feeling you get when in the office is that the firm is desperately hanging on. Sad place to be.
