Nice and hopeful employees that try to help the senior management with customer and industry feedback.

Cons

Senior management is very isolated from the industry and doesn't know how to steer the company forward. Management tried to bring in capable talent but got rid of them as they started to help us move forward. Also many of the terminated employees were senior women.

Whats not to like about being right next to the embarcadero bart stop and across from the ferry building? Amazing view from the 5th floor (pre covid).

Can't argue with the other reviews on here. This place has had a ton of good people leave in the past 2 years and more are looking to jump off the sinking ship. Management is incompetent, micro-managing and 100% focused on protecting their jobs. Distribution and marketing is clueless and bizarrely arrogant, despite having produced terrible results. The company has had nearly $11 billion of client redemptions in the past 4 years (public info, check morningstar.com), yet anyone who questions results or tries to change things for the better, is scapegoated and fired. Assets are the lowest they've been for the past 5 years. Moral is at an all time low. Culture is touted as being great...by the top guys, who want to give the impression everything is ok. Company needs a total overhaul.
