      Pros

      -Amazing teams -Kind coworkers -Fulfilling work I would work here forever and recommend it to everyone if life wasn’t getting more expensive by the second.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the unfortunate reality of today: all museum visitation is lower than previous years which in turn leads to fewer growth opportunities

      Pros

      - Great lower/jr. staff - Fun place to work with the ability to meet new artists and do cool projects - A bit of flexibility in staff's schedule - Chill work culture and tends to be a younger staff - Hosts some really cool events that you get to work

      Cons

      - Lack of meritocracy - Gossipy work culture - Going through some growing pains and need to work out their internal structures - Looked like they pushed some people out - Need to diversify - HUGE lack of BIPOC staff in the office (and none in management)
