Company is more focused on making sales than making a high quality, functioning product. Claims to be a customer focused company but nothing could be further from the truth. Bugs and broken features are allowed to go unaddressed for years. Despite most employees working remotely, they maintain physical office space that maybe 5 people go to; it's an entire floor of a building.
