Small organization with a very flat structure, hard to advance in your career. There is some turnover in certain groups as a result. Some individuals are in positions of authority based on tenure.

can be somewhat heirarchical. Other Hfs are more flat than Maverick, but after putting in place Mavrank junior people have less visibiliy into the whole portfolio
