      Great pay and benefits. 9/80 Friday

      Cons

      The executive team is lead by a CEO who allows his tyrant assistant to run everyone off. After being reported multiple times, employees are told to deal with her or leave. When your not over loaded doing your work, they find a way to allow her to give the assistants her work. Save your peace of mind... not worth the nightmare!

      9/80 work schedule that is followed religiously.

      Cons

      Treat it as a paid internship, a part-time job. You WILL be let go regardless of your position. High performer? Out. Collaborator? No need .Even Managers, Directors, or VPs are not safe. 5 layoff rounds and counting. Will you be next? Nobody is safe here unless you are "in the club". See consultants at work? RUN. See oil prices going up? Prep your resume. See oil prices going down? Time to pack your bags. There are better companies out there these days. Turn around and never look back.
