      Pros

      The only pros of joining this company is that the Managers are supportive when it comes to work.

      Cons

      Office timings are 10:00-7:00 pm but they will never allow you to leave on time. No job security. It's already 6 days working but then also they will ask you to work on Sunday from home and sometimes even it's compulsory to come to office on Sunday and you will not get paid for it not they will give you a leave later on. No work life balance.

      No pros yea if you overachieve your target they might give some respect

      Cons

      They won't pay for overtime they will make you overtime everyday for 6 days the HR is doesn't know how to behave senior employees are playing politics won't even Pay u the full salary they don't even compromise even a lil bit
