No real transparency from the CEO. When the economy first started to turn we were reassured there was a 24 month runway for the company and told not to worry. We were even told that looking for another job would not be a smart thing to do. In the next few months over half the company was laid off. Now they are hosting a career fair big some big name tech companies but didn’t bother to personally invite the employees that were laid off. The CEO is immature and the website makes the company look better than it is, half of it is made up and they just wing it.
