New Technical leadership has more of a survival mindset, and it often felt like blame was pushed down to engineers. Feedback was usually given in front of everyone instead of 1-on-1, and sometimes it came off as insulting. Work-life balance is tough late night and weekend calls, with no extra pay, and you’re still expected to show up on time the next morning. HR emails just add to the pressure. Work-from-home policies didn't feel fair either. Some people get it, some don’t, and there’s no clear reason why.

Management is inconsistent and lacks a clear strategy for the company. Employees are moved from one project to another without any clear direction or purpose. There are no regular performance evaluations, and salary increases only happen if the employee specifically asks for them.
