      Great place to grow your career, they hire and nurture young talent, the vision of the company is clearly communicated, its culture is great,

      Cons

      there's a big gap in salary for the senior staff as compared to other staff. underdogs do most of the work should consider better compensation

      Good start for someone that enjoys working in a small organization. Organizational culture is great and collaboration is encouraged.

      Pay might not be up to par for work done, no clear remuneration structure, senior management is very highly paid but not the rest of staff
