No structure No policies or procedures - H&S, Food safety, HR, recruitment No support from upper management Outdated systems - No back office systems No training given - I was trained by team members on how to perform tasks - no surprise they taught me wrong No acknowledgement of meeting goals No bonus structure followed Exceptionally unreasonably low pay No work life balance - on call 24/7

- Pay was horrible, and somewhat borderline illegal... no weekend rates and not properly compensated for public holidays - Severely understaffed majority of the time; wait time for customers can be very long and is usually out of our control. - Management problems; i've worked there for 2.5 years and i've had 5 different managers (i think only around 2 were good/decent to work with) - Stress load especially during busy periods; it can be very full-on Overall, it was not worth it at all. The company does not care about the staff. That was 2.5 years i will never get back but i can for sure say that I'm glad i've met the people i worked with there and for the experience i've gained at the company.
