Pros

- Good money - (I can’t say any other pros, but I need minimum of 5 words)

Cons

- Exploitative hours - Hostile work environment - Verbally abusive management - Unsafe parking for employees - No area for employees to put belongings - Affairs happening between employees who are in relationships - Managers drink on the clock - Management allows abuse from customers - Mandatory holidays even if time is requested off in advance - Illegal denial of breaks

Difficult management, low tips

Pros

Nothing. Half off food and a beautiful new location

Cons

Difficult condescending management. Whole shift you're walking on eggshells. Too many little things they yell at you over that do not matter. ZERO work life balance, they will schedule you seven days in a row and over staff the whole shift so no one makes any money and not make my cuts even though it's slow. No bar manager, they all quit. Too much time to set up and break down the bar. Too many bartenders staffed every shift so you don't make any money. Everyone fights and argues. Do not recommend working here with so many other places and groups in the area.
