Dealer Trade Driver

Pros

Plenty of work to do. In this role you get to decide when you want to drive and when you don't. Your schedule is very flexible.

Cons

You are called upon to drive at some inconvenient times of the day. Some runs have you behind the windshield longer than anybody should be behind the windshield in any given day. That said, you are allowed to decline the run if you dont want to drive that length of time. Then again, some runs are so short where it isn't worth your time to go into the dealership. However, it all equals out in the end if you are an active driver who doesn't try to "cherry-pick" each and every run they go on.

Pros

Had good management but got rid of them

Cons

Encourage sales people to lie or with hold information, expect you to work all day, no work/life balance, did not pay me for sale I did.
