Pros

With the immediate need to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic Max Netflow took our very in-person infrastructure into the cloud.

Cons

We're now moving a lot more smoothly and safely through our daily tasks and the remote support is unmatched. Max Netflow met us where our needs were so our learning curve was minimal. The remote chat is something we use daily, we have never had such quick and intelligent service from IT. We are so thankful to have Max Netflow as our IT services and recommend them to any business, no matter the size.

The CEO is very hands-on. We're not only learning from him, but in a way, he is also willing to listen and learn from us.

Cons

Challenging training and mock sessions, but it's worth it.

Pros

I've been working in this company for more than 6 months and I'm still enjoying working here. This company allows me to grow my carrier and expand my knowledge about IT. It gives me confidence in handling clients' issues with ease and I feel satisfied whenever I resolve their issues. I highly recommend you guys to work here and be part of Maxnetflow. You will learn so many things and will improve your IT skills.

Cons

I think it needs to improve some of its processes like the ticketing system, improve documentation, provide more information on its tools, and create a knowledge database that stores solutions to certain issues. In that way, it will help its Tech Engineers to function efficiently and with quality.
