Flexible with hours. Good people there that provides low stress environment.
Cons
3rd Gen owner who doesn't show up more than 3 days a week and collects a check. Owner's kid works on shop floor and doesn't pull their weight, leading to negative environment where they can get away with anything they want. President of the company doesn't speak to shop employees unless absolutely forced to. Makes employees feel like a number instead of a person.
