      Pros

      A lot of free time to roam around the practice, sociable environment.

      Cons

      Everyone is always desperately waiting for clients, it's either client flow and appointments are too little or therapists are too many. At the end of the day the ones who come back often are not looking for the new therpist members.

      Pros

      I enjoy all the people I work with, they are like a family. Our leadership team is easy to communicate with and very supportive. Able to work long days and have a 3rd off.

      Cons

      For some it may be the late hours as we are open until 7 to provide service to school age children and others who work early hours.
