      Good place to learn if you are new to this business or to a business environment

      Cons

      Business Development managers and especially Market Business Developers as well as Clinical Staff (internal nurses) are systematically under appreciated and under paid. I can only speak to the West Region on this but they are phasing out Business Development Managers in lieu of Market Business Developers. I was asked to take this demotion and pay cut after performing well in my role because this decision was made.
