Pros

The company entered the international markets, to the countries of Southeast Asia and Latin America. Here there is an opportunity to study the peculiarities of the markets of different countries, work with people of different nationalities, learn the peculiarities of their mentality. It helps to develop and see the world from different angles.

Cons

This is a very toxic company, with a developed "culture" of mansplaining, harassment, intimidation. Neither the owners nor the top management of the company want to admit that approaches to work have changed over the 20 years of the company's existence, that new tools need to be used to develop the company. There is a "glass ceiling" here, especially for women. Especially if you have your own opinion and dare to express it and prove its validity. Also, employees are treated as a consumable, but not a valuable resource. The company violates the laws of all countries where it works: labor (constantly exceeding the norm of working hours), tax (gray or black salaries, lack of official registration of employees), and others, in particular, the placement of illegal advertising as the main tool for promoting the brand.

Cons

- Assigned work even before offer letter given. - Ignore local council ruling and asked to stick A4 size flyer every where. - Ignore suggestion from local's employee and insist their way of doing things apply on their territory of expansion despite different culture and official compliance.
