As family owned company, employees are treated well. Good start salary, very warm welcome, good colleagues, flexible hour for certain people. Learning new things is very supported, they really seek your talent.
Cons
Unbalance workload, not very much rewarding, very very basic benefits, since merging with Bekaert Deslee work environment become toxic, somewhat toxic people gain more support, extra work become job description, no one has exact job description.
