      Superior brokerage support. No commission splits. Flat rate. Access to all software and services an agent needs to succeed.

      Cons

      It’s still up to agents to make connections and do the job. (Not a con, just a reality).

      Mentor program wasn't very helpful. Gave leads to ONLY top producers Manager is not in touch

      Pros

      Maximum One provided excellent access to CE classes. The commission split is based on flat fees allows you take home more money.

      Cons

      Because of the way the commission structure is tracked. It makes it difficult to qualify for local association awards.
