Rude Staff , No Training they need ready to serve employees without even giving you any SOP's ; you can judge by this they put you on PIP in less than 3 months , whereas in most of the companies this duration is for training . Some highly experienced people are here makes others job miserable .
Cons
Company under poor management , Prashant is moron and treating the employees like slave. very poor management .
