      Ive worked at Mayan for more than 3 years, I've learned so much during my time here and have had amazing growth opportunities. The company is very supportive with our development and provides opportunities to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and advance in your career path. The team culture is amazing, they offer a rewards program that keeps you motivated and their benefits are above average. There is flexibility when needed, as a Mom is very important that I can take time off.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, processes and priorities can sometimes evolve quickly, which requires flexibility and adaptability. However, I feel this makes us learn and grow as a company.
