Nothing, I guess all just average.
Cons
They fired me with no information prior, explanation, or any compensation even though I have worked for year and permanent employee. The HR and management were so bad, even they know that every department is lack of staffs they never seems in an urge to find new people till months or maybe years. The management never learn from their mistakes

Depending which boss you get and which department you're in, but overall it is very chill, too much free time. It's a con actually depending on what kind of person you are.
Cons
Very political. You will not learn much, if not anything, maybe you will learn how to be political too. Profesional growth is very limited. If you're trying to be proactive, they will feel intimidated and threatened. Instead of creating a nurturing environment, you will be given menial task, leaving you feeling small and useless. Lazy people will actually flourish in this kind of environment.
