Very Hostile work environment, with lack of clear communication and reporting lines between the several foreign Heads who feels the locals are clueless and their opinions doesn't matter.
Excellent place to work at, amazing people. They recognize efforts and reciprocate accordingly. The bank is growing and it's a great place for career growth.
